- Weekly sessions: Get ready for 1 online session per week for 4 weeks and receive 2 additional informative videos.

- Macros and Energy Systems: Understand the fuel your body needs for peak performance.
- Fluid and Hydration: Master the art of staying hydrated.
- Nutrient timing and fuelling strategies: What and when to eat during training to optimise performance and recovery.

Start date: Thursday 3 October
Sessions: Every Thursday from 3 - 24 October (4 sessions in 4 weeks).
Where: Online (meeting link will be provided)
Time: 18:30 each session will be an hour long. Allow some time for questions and discussions after the session.
